A volunteer organization, the Germans from Russia Cultural Preservation Foundation (GRCPF) relies on those who understand its mission for financial support of its programs and projects. The Foundation also plans to broaden knowledge of the Germans from Russia culture and to expand its support base. To that end, the Foundation has developed this web site to promote the Foundation and its activities.
